The Bank plans to decrease the total operating cost. If operating expenditure is more than 200% of Non-Interest Income, it casts a burden on the major interest margin — the Bank aims to bring this down to around 150%.
Quality of loan assets has a major impact on the profit & profitability of the Bank. Focus on recovery of all Non-Performing Assets (NPA), including overdue accounts, is a key priority.
